3 worst spotters: It’s all about how fast you react…and these people don’t got it
ShareTiming is everything. Especially when it comes to lifting mass amounts of weights off someones chest before the whole world laughs at them. Here are a few of the worst spotters reaction times we have come across.
#1 – All you bro all you. I’m barley even helping you…literally.
#2 – Weight training 101 – Get in a good stretch then always and I mean always watch as the weights slide off the bar.
#3 – Never grip the bar properly and make sure to bounce the weights off of your neck. Ladies love that stuff.
