Apparently her daughter was asking for some tea so the boys at school were kind enough to help her out.
Close, but it is actually when you dip your testicles into the open mouth of another person. Kind of like dipping a tea bag into a cup of water.
Teabagging is such a funny name for it, I first heard the term about a year ago from a younger girl at work.
