it's because the stretching pushed her bottom lip up… when it is gauged, it doesn't just go away… with his/her lip being pushed farther up towards his/her top lip, his/her top teeth would show… I've seen people with these… it's not pretty…
good point..I didn't even notice that…haha. It looked fake to me but I didn't put that together until I read this. Also, there would be such a huge amount of saliva that would be coming out of there that you would not be able to keep your chin dry.

May or may not be shopped. That ring is large enough to push it's bottom lip up, might be enough to see the upper teeth.
For everyone who is saying that her top teeth wouldn't be visible…close your mouth, and push your bottom lip up just a slight bit to account for the piece of metal that's lifting it. Notice where your teeth stop. If yours wouldn't be visible, then you're either Bubba from Forrest Gump, or you have no front teeth.

It isn't necessarily shopped. Close your mouth and use your finger to find where your top teeth end. For me, and I don't have gopher teeth, it is right below my bottom lip, which would make this plausible to me, but I could be wrong.
That's just choice for those who enjoy heavy tartar and the sweet sweet taste of fungus after coitus.

idiots, this is shopped. notice how you can’t see the inner part of the ring. you can see the rim but the rest of it just “disappears”. and no matter what you say the teeth are too low below the lips! anatomically impossible.

This is a photoshop. I can tell by the pixel and from having seen quite a few shops in my time.
obviously fake unless her upper teeth are an inch taller than standard… look at the bottoms of the top teeth compared to the bottom of her nose line.
It's not shopped, It's just a clear acrylic large plug. Which also magnify's his/her teeth to the point of looking somewhat disproportionate.
It's a clear plug not a metal ring hence you can't see the inner ring and there is no drooling. Also it is a guy, he has an adam's apple and cranio-facial features predominant in males (large brow ridge, indent where nose meets brow, jawline etc). Also, as others have said, close your mouth and push on your bottom lip. You can feel your top teeth. You can also open your mouth and see that your top lip doesn't cover your top front teeth entirely. Fucking retards.

When your mouth is closed, the top teeth are already inline with the bottom lip, not the top, and the window pushes up the lip, dropping them just below the bottom lip line.
