When your mouth is closed, the top teeth are already inline with the bottom lip, not the top, and the window pushes up the lip, dropping them just below the bottom lip line.

It's a clear plug not a metal ring hence you can't see the inner ring and there is no drooling. Also it is a guy, he has an adam's apple and cranio-facial features predominant in males (large brow ridge, indent where nose meets brow, jawline etc). Also, as others have said, close your mouth and push on your bottom lip. You can feel your top teeth. You can also open your mouth and see that your top lip doesn't cover your top front teeth entirely. Fucking retards.

It's not shopped, It's just a clear acrylic large plug. Which also magnify's his/her teeth to the point of looking somewhat disproportionate.

obviously fake unless her upper teeth are an inch taller than standard… look at the bottoms of the top teeth compared to the bottom of her nose line.

good point..I didn't even notice that…haha. It looked fake to me but I didn't put that together until I read this. Also, there would be such a huge amount of saliva that would be coming out of there that you would not be able to keep your chin dry.
